Experienced Loan Professionals

If you are on this page you are probably already a top producer looking to get started quickly. We believe that your career at Cherry Creek should begin on a very systematic basis. We try and leave nothing to chance. The following is how we indoctrinate an experienced loan officer into the Cherry Creek system.

Day 1

You will be introduced to everyone on the Dublin processing and marketing teams.
You will spend an hour with your new processor and discuss how your relationship will work - what you expect and what she expects from you.
You will give Cindy in marketing your database of past clients, friends, family and referral partners. She will then send a letter to all announcing your affiliation with Cherry Creek.
Tom will give you the life, vision and business plan that Cherry Creek Dublin loan officers are required to complete on an annual basis.
Our trainer will go over our Point origination software with you, explain our system of processing, and introduce you to the key contacts at corporate.
You will turn in (or complete) your new hire packet. Our Denver-based human resources director, Gail Blasingim, will answer any questions you have.

Day 2

You will meet with Tom to review 4 of our marketing tools - Home Buyers Marketing, Home Loan Power, the Homeownership Plan, and the REPS tape system.
Our trainer will be available to answer any questions you have concerning Point, loan setup, underwriting or funding.
Cindy will review your personal book of marketing flyers with you.

Day 3

You will meet with Tom to review the remainder of our marketing tools and strategies including our After Sale Service Database Marketing Program for REALTORS, the Mortgage Insight newsletter, our approach and interview scripts, and the Mortgage Express intranet site.

Summary

With your experience you will realize the importance of all the many ways we support our loan consultants. There is a huge consolidation taking place in our industry. It has been said that 20% of the loan professionals will be doing 80% of the business over the next few years.
