LOAN OFFICERS

We believe that our PATHWAY TO SUCCESS Program offers a new loan officer candidate a very clear and very structured approach to becoming successful in the mortgage business. Such a program is unique in the lending field, a fact that is evident if the individual has interviewed with or worked for a short time at another mortgage company or bank.

Becoming a loan officer is a very challenging undertaking. We believe that our program offers a loan officer candidate the best opportunity to learn the technical side of the business, to learn the marketing tools and strategies used by the top loan officers in the United States, and to be guided by a structured system of coaching and accountability for the critical first 6 months of their budding mortgage career.

Our commitment to you as a new loan officer is to give you the technical training, to give you relationship building tools, to give you the strategies, to give you the scripts, to give you the processing support, and to give you the coaching and structure that you must have to be successful.
