Our 401(k) plan is available for employee contributions. The company does not match or contribute to the 401(k) plan.

Life insurance - For $7 a month, you can get an automatic $25,000 policy. Above that you can choose yourself.

Disability insurance (This is great for all commissioned loan officers.) For very nominal rates you can purchase disability insurance for up to 60% of your annual income.

You save 7.65% (FICA and Medicare) that you would have to pay if you were an independent contractor. (Independent contractors pay 15.30%.)
